A bit About Me

Dedicated to my craft.

I am a teacher of Movement. I am very interested in helping people improve their lives through a Movement practice. I believe and know working with people firsthand that we can radically change our experience of our minds and bodies by changing our habits and practices around how we move. I work with people to first find out what their Why is so the path forward is clear and we are both on the same page. Then I create a personalised process to reach this goal state. Ultimately though dedication and consistency are the true determinants of success in any field and this movement game is no different. The process is never linear but nothing in nature is.


I have always loved moving. I have chosen my profession and my practice to revolve around exploring, improving, and understanding as many aspects of movement and physicality as I can practice. I have been playing sports and training my whole life. From skateboarding to weightlifting from dance to jiujitsu, I love it.  So naturally I want to help others to gain what I value highly the freedom to move and express themselves through their body. 


When someone I teach succeeds I succeed too. I have coached and continued to coach large groups, small groups, and in one on one settings and I enjoy them all for different reasons, the community and togetherness of groups and the precision and intimacy of one on one coaching I have coached in high schools, martial arts gyms, CrossFit gyms, and have 1000's of hours of coaching experience.

Guiding Values

Skin in the Game.

  • Trials and Errors,  Wins and Losses, Scars bumps, bruises...ultimately Experience is what will shape our current selves and it is clearly visible in those that have real wisdom and understanding of a specific area of exploration.


Know Your Why.

  • Ultimately this is up to you, A great influencer of mine Ido Portal says  "Move because you can because one day you may not be able to" 


Change is inevitable.

  • If we are not growing we are not living. We have a body that is capable of experiening more than just bicep curls and crunches we are a dynamic and ever changing entity and our Movement Practice and life officially and unofficially should represent that.


Beginners Mind

  • If we approach a practice with a beginners mind we are open to what is infront of us. If we get annoyed begin again, if we fail begin again, if we succeed begin again. What comes from this mindset is quite the opposite of a beginner actually.
